We are a team of engineers, researchers, and builders on a mission to make decentralized technology accessible, secure, and powerful for everyone in Canada and beyond.
Canadian Technologies was founded in 2020 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, by a group of blockchain engineers and fintech veterans who saw an opportunity: Canada had the regulatory clarity, the technical talent, and the cultural openness to become a global leader in Web3 — but it lacked the dedicated infrastructure companies to make it happen.
We started with a simple DeFi analytics dashboard. Within two years, we had grown into a full-service blockchain technology firm — auditing smart contracts, building protocols, and deploying infrastructure used by projects securing hundreds of millions in value.
Every line of code we write is built with the assumption that it will handle real money. We apply formal verification methods, multi-layered testing, and adversarial thinking to every project. Our open-source contributions have been adopted by protocols across Ethereum, Solana, and Polygon.
These aren't just words on a wall. They're the decisions we make every day when no one is watching.
We treat every smart contract as if our own funds are at stake. Because in DeFi, someone's always are.
Open protocols, open source, open communication. Transparency is the foundation of trust in Web3.
We build with communities, not for them. The best protocols emerge from collective intelligence.
We push the boundary of what's possible — from ZK proofs to cross-chain interoperability.
Our offices at 40 Shore St, Suite 204, sit in the heart of Winnipeg's growing tech corridor. While our team works across multiple Canadian time zones, our Winnipeg HQ serves as the anchor for collaboration, strategy sessions, and the occasional prairie sunset.
Meet the people behind the code. Our team of 12+ experts spans cryptography, protocol engineering, and full-stack development.
